- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- tsp salt - 1 item
- tsp pepper - 1/2 item
- slices day old bread - 6 item
- Tbsp vinegar - 2 item
- Tbsp brown sugar - 2 item
- Tbsp mustard - 1 item
- c chopped onion - 3/4 item
- 1/2 lb ground round beef - 1 item
- Sauce For Meat Loaf:1 large can tomato sauce
How to make meat loaf:
Sauce For Meat Loaf:1 large can tomato sauce2 Tbsp vinegar2 Tbsp brown sugar1 Tbsp mustard Soak bread in water a few minutes, squeeze out excess. Combine bread, beef, onion, egg, seasoning and tomato sauce. Mix well, shape into loaf in a shallow dish or pan. For sauce: Mix well all ingredients and pour over meat loaf.
