Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- Worcestershire - 2 Tbsp
- milk, heat - 1/2 c
How to make meat balls:
Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and milk which has been heated and poured over meat mixture. Work together and form into balls. Make 1 layer only in baking pan.Mix together water, vinegar, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Sprinkle diced onion and green pepper over meat balls, amount desired. Pour sauce mixture over meat balls. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Best made day before. Freezes well. Reheat in sauce/juice.
