Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- dry mustard - 2 tsp
- poppy seed - 2 tsp
- carrots - 3 item
- small onion - 1 item
- medium bell pepper - 1 item
- head cauliflower - 1 item
- celery stalks - 3 item
- stalks broccoli use floret parts only - 2 item
How to make marinated vegetables:
Dressing:1 c. sugar1 tsp. salt2 tsp. dry mustard2 tsp. poppy seed3/4 c. vinegar1 1/2 c. oil Chop vegetables. Combine dressing ingredients. Pour over vegetables. Seal in tight container and refrigerate. Keeps well.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
