- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- carrots, chopped - 2 c
- cauliflower, chopped - 2 c
- bottle Zesty Italian dressing - 1 item
- broccoli, chopped - 2 c
- radishes, chopped - 6 item
- pickles, chopped - 1 c
- fresh cucumber, chopped - 1 item
How to make marinated vegetables:
Place all vegetables in dish (such as Tupperware) with lid: pour the bottle of dressing over and toss. Let stand overnight before eating. Toss 2 or 3 times before serving. Keep refrigerated green onions are good in there too!Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Vegetables.
