Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt
- salad oil - 3/4 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- dash of hot sauce - 1 item
- tarragon vinegar - 3/4 c
- pimiento - 1/4 c
- bunch fresh broccoli flowerets - 1/2 item
- to 4 sliced carrots - 3 item
- bunch cauliflower bits - 1/2 item
How to make marinated vegetables:
Mix ingredients for salad. Wash and prepare vegetables. Combine dressing and vegetables. Beat when prepared the day before needed. Time of preparation: 20 minutes. Serves 10.Can substitute squash, cucumbers and mushrooms. Use whatever vegetables are available. Those mentioned in recipe are pretty together.
