  • vinegar - 2/3 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stalks celery, chopped - 3 item
  • can peas, drained - 1 item
  • can Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 item
  • small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • small jar pimento, chopped - 1 item

How to make marinated vegetable salad:

Marinade:2/3 c. sugar2/3 c. vinegar2/3 c. oil dash of salt dash of pepper Bring Marinade to boil. Pour over vegetables. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
