Marinated vegetable salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vinegar
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 oz
- can Shoe Peg corn, drained - 1 oz
- medium purple onion, chopped - 1 item
- can green peas, drained - 1 oz
- jar pimentos, drained and diced - 1 oz
How to make marinated vegetable salad:
Dressing:3/4 c. vinegar1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. salad oil Heat vinegar and sugar in saucepan, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add oil. Combine all vegetables in a large container and pour dressing over.
