Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • vinegar - 3/4 c
  • salad oil - 1/3 c
  • dash of salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • to 2 stalks celery, chopped - 1 item
  • 303 can wax beans
  • 303 can whole kernel corn
  • 303 can lima beans
  • 303 can green peas
  • 303 can kidney beans, rinsed

How to make marinated vegetable salad:

Drain excess fluid from beans, corn and peas and combine. Add onion, pepper and celery. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine sugar, vinegar and oil. Stir and pour over vegetables. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 8 to 10 hours. Serve cold.
