Maple white chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- chopped nuts optional - 1 c
- brown sugar, packed - 1/2 c
- maple extract - 1 tsp
- white chocolate chips - 12 oz
- butter oil - 1 c
How to make maple white chocolate chip cookies:
Cream together butter, sugars and extract until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Sift flour, soda and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Mix until well blended. Fold in white chips (nuts). Spoon out by teaspoon or larger spoon. Bake at 375° around 10 minutes until lightly browned or darker if you like crispy.Makes 5 dozen.
