- sugar - 1 c
- grated carrots - 2 item
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- real mayonnaise - 2 c
- curly macaroni - 1 lb
- Dressing:1 can Eagle Brand milk
- onion large, chopped - 1 item
How to make macaroni salad:
Dressing:1 can Eagle Brand milk1 c. sugar3/4 c. vinegar2 c. real mayonnaise Cook macaroni only. Cook until tender; drain and cool. Add grated carrots, chopped pepper and chopped onion.In a separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients together and pour over the macaroni mixture. Make a day ahead to season.
