Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- American cheese - 1/3 lb
- macaroni - 1 lb
- large onion - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- large carrots - 4 item
- large bell pepper - 1 item
How to make macaroni salad:
Cook macaroni and drain; rinse with cold water. Add bell pepper, onion and carrots. Mix mayonnaise, Eagle Brand milk, vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over macaroni. Stir in cubed cheese. Chill for 4 to 12 hours before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Elbow macaroni.
