Vegetable macaroni salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 c
- shredded carrots - 4 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 2 c
- large green pepper - 1 item
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
How to make vegetable macaroni salad:
Cook macaroni. Drain and cool. Add vegetables and mix well. Combine milk, vinegar, sugar, mayo, salt and pepper. Add to macaroni mixture. Chill at least 4 hours before serving. Better if left overnight. Keeps well. Serves 10.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Elbow macaroni.
