- sugar - 3/4 c
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- can evaporated skim milk - 1 oz
- egg whites, lightly beaten - 4 item
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- unbaked graham cracker crust recipe follows - 1 item
How to make low-fat pumpkin pie:
Preheat oven to 425°. In a large bowl, combine egg whites and pumpkin. Stir in sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Stir in milk. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes.
