  • ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • can evaporated skim milk - 1 oz
  • egg whites, lightly beaten - 4 item
  • can pumpkin - 1 oz
  • unbaked graham cracker crust recipe follows - 1 item

How to make low-fat pumpkin pie:

Preheat oven to 425°. In a large bowl, combine egg whites and pumpkin. Stir in sugar, cinnamon and cloves. Stir in milk. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack.
