Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • cold water - 1 c
  • whipped cream - 1 c
  • lime jello
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • mild Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c

How to make lime salad:

Combine jello and water and set aside. Boil pineapple and sugar; add jello and water and set in refrigerator until it starts to jell. Stir occasionally to keep pineapple from setting. When set, add whipped cream and cheese. Put in jello mold. Serve.
