How to make mandarin orange cake:

Mix cake mix, oil, eggs and juice from oranges. Beat 3 minutes. Fold in oranges. Bake at 325° for 35 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.Frosting:1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (small)1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple Mix together and frost cake.
