Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese
  • cold water - 1 c
  • small marshmallows
  • hot water - 1 c
  • carton Cool Whip - 1 or
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • box lime jello - 1 item

How to make lime gelatin salad:

Dissolve jello in hot water. Add cold water. Mash cream cheese with fork into gelatin. Let cool but not jelled. Add pineapple, Cool Whip and marshmallows. Mix well. Put in salad (if you desire). Refrigerate until firm.
