Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vinegar - 2/3 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- 2 1/2 can kraut
How to make kraut salad:
Rinse and drain kraut. Bring the sugar and vinegar to a boil. Let it cool. Add remaining ingredients to kraut. Pour sugar and vinegar over the kraut. Refrigerate 24 hours.Recipe categories: Low protein, Salads, Low in....
