  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • butter or margarine - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 3 c
  • can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed, undiluted and divided - 1 oz

How to make lemonade cookies:

Cream butter and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Combine flour and soda. Stir into butter mixture with 1/2 cup lemonade concentrate. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400° for 7 to 8 minutes. Brush each cookie with lemonade and sprinkle with sugar after you remove from oven.
