Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
- cold milk
- ground nuts - 1/2 c
- instant lemon pudding mix
How to make lemon torte:
Mix first 3 ingredients with your hands. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool completely. Mix Cool Whip, powdered sugar and cream cheese together and spread over cooled crust. Beat the instant pudding and milk until thick and spread over the second layer. Chill until firm.
