  • butter, softened - 1/4 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • lemon rind - 1 2

How to make lemon squares:

Mix all and pour over baked mixture. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes. While warm, sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
