Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- sugar - 2 c
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- grated rind of 2 lemons
How to make lemon squares:
Mix first three ingredients and press into 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Bake 15 minutes in 350° oven. Beat eggs slightly, add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour over top of hot crust. Bake 20 to 25 minutes in 350° oven. Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool overnight or 4 hours in refrigerator. Cut into squares.
