Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 1 (8
  • milk - 3 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item
  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • nuts, chopped - 1/2 c
  • boxes lemon instant pudding - 2 item

How to make lemon delight:

Melt butter. Add flour and nuts; press into bottom of dish. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Put on top of cooled crust. Mix pudding and milk. Put on top of cream cheese mixture. Then add remainder of Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with nuts.
