Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- nuts - 1 item
- margarine - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- 10x sugar
- carton Cool Whip - 1/2 item
- instant lemon pudding - 4 pkg
How to make lemon cooler:
Combine the first 3 ingredients; mix with hands. Press into a 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.Cream the cream cheese with the 10x sugar. Add Cool Whip; spread on cooled crust. Beat the instant pudding with milk; add lemon juice. Spread over cheese mixture; dot top with remaining Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate. Must be kept cold.
