  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • nuts - 1 item
  • margarine - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • 10x sugar
  • carton Cool Whip - 1/2 item
  • instant lemon pudding - 4 pkg

How to make lemon cooler:

Combine the first 3 ingredients; mix with hands. Press into a 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

Cream the cream cheese with the 10x sugar. Add Cool Whip; spread on cooled crust. Beat the instant pudding with milk; add lemon juice. Spread over cheese mixture; dot top with remaining Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate. Must be kept cold.
