Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 8 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 6 item
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- egg whites - 6 item
- lemon juice - 10 Tbsp
- grated rind of lemon - 1 item
How to make lemon cake custard:
Add sugar, flour and salt together. To melted butter, add lemon juice and rind. Blend well. Add well beaten egg yolks to milk. Mix all together. Fold in beaten egg whites and put in glass Pyrex dish (9 x 13-inch) or use Pyrex custard cups. SetRecipe categories: Low sodium, Healthy, Low in....
