- water - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- sifted powdered sugar - 2 c
- orange juice
- lemon instant pudding - 1 pkg
- lemon Supreme cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make lemon cake:
Glaze:1/3 c. orange juice2 Tbsp. vegetable oil2 c. sifted powdered sugar Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil and water. Beat until smooth and creamy. Put in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Prick with fork as soon as done. Cover with glaze.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
