Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- real lemon juice - 1/2 c
- cake mix white, yellow or lemon - 1 pkg
How to make lemon cake:
Mix cake mix, jello, water and eggs for 3 minutes. Add oil and mix for 1 minute. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes. Punch holes with fork in top of cake. While hot, combine powdered sugar and lemon juice and dribble over top.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
