Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- granulated sugar
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine room temperature - 1 c
- unsifted flour
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- + 1 Tbsp - 1/2 c
How to make lemon bars:
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and 1/2 cup confectioners sugar. Add 2 cups flour and mix well. Pat into 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
