  • sugar - 2 tsp
  • salt
  • flour
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • water - 3 c
  • instant potato flakes - 3 c
  • powdered Carnation milk - 1 c

How to make lefse:

Boil water and butter. Add potato flakes and milk, then add sugar, salt and flour. Cool and work on a floured surface. Roll thin and bake on lefse griddle. Remove to damp towel, covered with waxed paper. Place sheet or paper over each lefse.
