Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- salt
- flour
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 3 c
- instant potato flakes - 3 c
- powdered Carnation milk - 1 c
How to make lefse:
Boil water and butter. Add potato flakes and milk, then add sugar, salt and flour. Cool and work on a floured surface. Roll thin and bake on lefse griddle. Remove to damp towel, covered with waxed paper. Place sheet or paper over each lefse.Recipe categories: Breads, Appetizers, Potato.
