Ingredients/Components
- salt
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- lasagna noodles - 10 oz
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 lb
- canned tomatoes - 2 c
- whole basil - 1 Tbsp
How to make lasagna:
Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat. Add the next 5 ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles in a large amount of water until tender. Drain; rinse. Combine remaining ingredients except Mozzarella cheese and add to meat sauce. Place half the noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread with half of the meat sauce mixture. Sprinkle half the Mozzarella cheese over this and then repeat with the noodles, sauce and cheese. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
