Ingredients/Components

  • tsp garlic powder - 1/2 item
  • eggs beaten - 3 item
  • c sour cream - 1/2 item
  • c water - 1/4 item
  • tsp dried Italian seasoning - 1 item
  • c grated parmesan cheese - 1/2 item
  • tsp dried parsley flakes - 3 item
  • c chopped onion - 3/4 item
  • 8 oz can tomato sauce - 1 item
  • lb ground round - 2 item
  • 6 oz c tomato paste - 1 item
  • tsp beef flavored boullion granules - 1 item
  • 8 oz and 1 3 oz packages cream cheese softened - 1 item
  • 1/2 c cottage cheese - 1 item
  • of 16 oz pkg lasagna noodles cooked and drained - 1/2 item
  • 4 oz package sliced pepperoni - 1 item
  • c 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese - 2 item

How to make lasagna:

Cook beef and onion in heavy skillet until meat is browned. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce and next 6 ingredients. Cook over low heat 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream and eggs. Stir well to blend. Spoon a small amount of meat sauce into a lightly greased baking dish. Layer with half of each of lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, pepperoni, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layer with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
