Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 lb
- lasagna noodles, cooked - 1 pkg
- Monterey Jack cheese, grated - 8 oz
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 8 oz
- Ragu sauce with mushrooms - 1 qt
How to make lasagna:
Brown ground beef and onions in skillet, stirring until crumbly. Pour off drippings. Add Ragu sauce, mixing well and simmering.Combine cottage cheese, eggs, Mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese in a bowl, mixing until smooth. Layer noodles, sauce and cheese mixture alternately in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, at 325° for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes.
