Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 10 oz
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 lb
- Ricotta cheese - 16 oz
- onion - 3/4 c
- pasta sauce - 52 oz
- cooked lasagna noodles - 1 lb
- ground Italian sausage, browned
How to make lasagna:
In large pan, cook onion and garlic in oil. Add pasta sauce and sausage. Simmer 15 minutes. In a bowl, mix Ricotta, spinach, Mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs. In a 15 x 9-inch baking dish, layer 2 cups sauce, half the lasagna, half the cheeses, remainingRecipe categories: Ground beef, Beef, Lasagna.
