Corn relish
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- chopped celery - 2 Tbsp
- red pepper sauce - 1/4 tsp
- can whole kernel corn, drained - 1 oz
- chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- celery seed - 1/2 tsp
- mustard seed - 1/4 tsp
How to make corn relish:
Mix sugar, vinegar, salt, celery seed, mustard seed and pepper sauce in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until boiling. Stir. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 days to blend flavors.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Vegetables, Corn.
