Frozen fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- water - 3 c
- white wine - 1/2 c
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- red maraschino cherries - 1 c
- or 6 bananas - 5 item
- can frozen orange concentrate - 1 oz
- large can fruit cocktail or any fruit - 1 item
How to make frozen fruit salad:
Boil sugar and water until sugar is dissolved. Add the frozen orange concentrate and 1 juice can of water. Add the wine and all of the fruit. Freeze. Stir 3 or 4 times while it is freezing. Remove from freezer a short time before serving. Makes 2 1/2 gallons.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
