  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • butter - 1 c
  • cream - 1 c
  • unbaked 9-inch pie crusts - 2 item

How to make jefferson davis pie:

Mix sugar and flour. Add butter and beat until well blended. Add cream, eggs and vanilla and blend until smooth. Pour into 2 unbaked 9-inch pie crusts. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 325° and bake 45 to 50 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
