Jalapeno cornbread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- plain flour - 1 c
- grated cheese - 2 c
- large onion - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 oz
- corn meal
- or 8 jalapeno peppers - 6 item
How to make jalapeno cornbread:
In a large bowl, mix together corn meal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Then add eggs, milk and oil to the corn meal mixture. Stir in chopped jalapeno peppers, onion and cheese.
