Italian potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- parsley - 1 item
- green onions, chopped - 1/2 c
- tarragon vinegar - 4 oz
- large red potatoes - 15 item
- large cloves garlic, crushed - 3 item
- bottle olive oil - 1 oz
How to make italian potato salad:
Boil potatoes; peel and cut into 1-inch chunks. Sprinkle with parsley and green onions. Make sauce from rest of ingredients. Pour over potatoes; stir well. Let stand about 4 hours. Stir often. Do not refrigerate.Recipe categories: Salads, Pork, Bacon.
