Italian noodle casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt - 3/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 4 tsp
- onion salt - 3/4 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- oregano - 3/4 tsp
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- can mushrooms, drained - 4 oz
- shredded Mozzarella - 4 oz
- cooked ground beef - 8 oz
- cooked wide noodles 3 oz - 2 c
How to make italian noodle casserole:
Crumble, brown and drain meat. Add onion, green pepper, tomato sauce and spices. Simmer 15 minutes. Place cooked noodles in baking dish. Pour meat sauce over noodles. Sprinkle cheeses over top. Arrange mushrooms over all. Bake at 350° for 34 minutes. Let set 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Ground beef.
