Ingredients/Components
- hamburger
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans tomato paste - 2 item
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- celery stalk, chopped - 1 item
- Mazola oil - 3 Tbsp
- sprigs parsley, chopped - 2 item
How to make italian meat sauce:
Fry meat slowly until brown; simmer 1/2 hour. Add all ingredients except tomato paste. Simmer 10 minutes more. Add paste to which 1 cup hot water has been added. Mix well; simmer at least 1 hour.
