  • hamburger
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • cans tomato paste - 2 item
  • clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
  • celery stalk, chopped - 1 item
  • Mazola oil - 3 Tbsp
  • sprigs parsley, chopped - 2 item

How to make italian meat sauce:

Fry meat slowly until brown; simmer 1/2 hour. Add all ingredients except tomato paste. Simmer 10 minutes more. Add paste to which 1 cup hot water has been added. Mix well; simmer at least 1 hour. Stir occasionally to keep from sticking. Serve over spaghetti.
