Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can crescent rolls - 1 oz
  • Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • envelope spaghetti sauce mix - 1 item

How to make italian crescent casserole:

Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add sauce mix and tomato sauce; heat until bubbly. Pour into 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream on top. Place rolls on top. Spread melted butter and Parmesan cheese over top of rolls.
