Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/4 c
- red wine vinegar - 1/2 c
- olive oil - 1 c
- whole boneless chicken breasts, cut in half - 2 item
How to make italian chicken:
Mix Good Seasons, olive oil, water and vinegar together. Marinate chicken breasts, cut in half, for 1 hour or longer in dressing.Remove from marinate and broil or barbecue until tender. Place chicken in casserole pan. Sprinkle 1/4 cup white wine over fresh sliced mushrooms and shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
