Italian breaded pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- fresh parsley, chopped - 1 item
- cracker meal - 1 c
- large clove minced garlic - 1 item
- to 3 center cut pork chops - 2 item
How to make italian breaded pork chops:
In bowl, mix parsley, garlic salt, pepper and olive oil; mix well. In another bowl, add cracker meal. Dip chops in cracker meal, then in oil mixture and back in cracker meal. (Add any leftover parsley mixture to top of each chop.) Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on thickness of chops.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
