Impossible lasagne pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- tomato paste - 1 can
- dried oregano leaves - 1 tsp
- dried basil leaves - 1/2 tsp
- Bisquick baking mix - 2/3 c
- ground beef, cooked and drained - 1 lb
- creamed cottage cheese small curd - 1/2 c
How to make impossible lasagne pie:
Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inches. Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in plate. Mix cooked beef, 1/2 cup of the Mozzarella cheese, the oregano, basil and tomato paste; spoon evenly over top. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cool 5 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.High Altitude Directions (3500 to 6500 feet): No adjustments are necessary.
