Ingredients/Components
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar - 3/4 c
- egg, well beaten - 1 item
- crushed graham crackers - 14 item
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
- crushed nuts - 1/2 c
- whipping cream Cool Whip - 1/2 pt
- melted margarine to bond graham cracker crumbs - 1 tsp
How to make icebox cake:
Mix together well the butter, egg and sugar. Fold in drained pineapple and nuts. Layer dish or bowl with cracker crumbs. Add filling; add whipped cream. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs. Serve chilled (approximately 2 hours).Recipe categories: Desserts, Chocolate, Cakes.
