- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- large egg, beaten - 1 item
How to make ice cream cookies:
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients. Drop batter from teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 6 minutes or until cookies are brown around the edges. Remove from sheet while still warm. Makes 3 to 4 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
