Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 10 item
- self-rising flour - 5 c
- bell peppers - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onions - 10 item
- cans whole kernel corn - 2 item
- jalapeno peppers - 8 item
- cans Ro-Tel tomatoes - 2 item
- self-rising cornmeal - 10 c
How to make hush puppies:
Put corn, tomatoes, peppers and onions in blender; blend until soupy. Add eggs and sugar and put in large pan. Add cornmeal and flour slowly. Mix by hand until right consistency.
