Hot spiced cider

Ingredients/Components

• apple cider - 1 gal
• stick cinnamon - 1 item
• whole cloves - 1 Tbsp
• whole allspice - 1 Tbsp
• light brown sugar or to taste - 1/2 1

How to make hot spiced cider:

Place spices in a cheesecloth bag and bring cider, sugar and spices to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes and remove bag of spices. Keep hot but not boiling. Makes 20 to 24 cups.
