Ingredients/Components
- potatoes, cooked and diced - 8 item
- slices bacon, cooked until crisp, drain and use 1/2 of grease - 8 item
- medium onions, sliced - 2 item
- salt - 4 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- celery seed - 3 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
How to make hot potato salad:
Stir and add 1/2 to 2/3 cup water; cook until thick. Add potatoes and onions. Put in casserole dish and heat. This can be made ahead of time and will keep in refrigerator several days. Makes 2 small casseroles.Recipe categories: Salads, Potato, Vegetables.
