Hot pepper jelly
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vinegar
- bottle liquid pectin - 1 item
- chopped or ground red or green hot peppers - 1/4 c
- chopped or coarsely ground sweet peppers
How to make hot pepper jelly:
Grind pepper with fine blade of grinder. Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar. Bring to a brisk boil. Boil 3 minutes. Add pectin and boil 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and let set 5 minutes.
