Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cocoa - 1 c
- instant coffee powder - 1/2 c
- dry milk powder - 2 c
- nondairy creamer - 2 c
How to make hot mocha mix:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Store mix in an airtight container.To serve: Place 2 tablespoons mix in a cup. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir well. Top with a marshmallow or whipped cream, if desired. Yields enough for about 60 (8 ounce) servings.
